Just thought I'd start a little chat about unique pets! I've had about one of everything in my life, but the most interesting for sure was Rocky. He was a grey squirrel and was 2 wks old when my boss found him in a grocery store parking lot, freezing cold and surely close to dying. I took him home, warmed him up, and fed him kitten milk from an eye dropper every three hourse, and he started to thrive! He started to get hair, his eyes started opening, and he got two tiny teeth! Unfortunately one morning he breathed in a drop of his milk when I was feeding him, and got pneumonia. He died that night :( But it was an interesting experience for sure! Here's a picture:

Well, I dunno if she counts as "interesting", but I'm certainly interested in her!

I have a naked rat named Bug. (She used to have a sister named Lady, ya know, Lady and Bug, Ladybug. But they're all pretty old and Lady died first.)

She's an attention whore but only when I'm busy or have someone over. She LOOOOOOOVES boyfriend.

Otherwise, if it's just me and her, she's like, "Uh ew. Why are YOU here? HEY! WHAT ARE YOU DOING! This is NOT dignified!" as I pick her up and kiss her belly.

Here she is being a recluse:

Here she is being mad at me for taking another picture:

And then she investigated the camera.

Too cute! I had two rats (mine had hair hehe) up until a few months ago, their names were remington and schooner :) But remington was getting old and schooner was picking on him, so I gave schooner to a friend and when remington got too old I got him put down - he got tuberculosis :( They do make great little pets though!

I had a iguana named monica :). Dont know if that counts as weird but she was HUGGGEEE!.

Iguanas are unique for sure, at least where I live, its fairly rare to see one as a pet!

I have pet skunks :happydance: and one of the females gave birth last night so I am just about to start a skunk kit diary as I think they are super cute
