I had the Mirena fitted in April and DTD five days after. I took two pregnancy tests a few weeks later as I am a bit paranoid about falling pregnant (last pg was unplanned). We DTD about 6 weeks ago and only relied on the coil for protection (since the fitting in April I had it checked and was told it was in place). Since then I have every pregnancy symptom going. Feeling sick each morning, sore boobs, popping sensation in lower abdomen, freezing cold (had this with all three pregnancies) really tired. I did have what I thought was a period last week and about 3-4 weeks prior(they are much lighter since having the coil fitted). I know there is a chance I am imagining all these symptoms as I am so scared about falling pg again. I know only a test will put my mind at ease but I really cant bring myself to test right now.
Could these symptoms be caused by the mirena?
(I do realise how stupid I probably sound in this post, but my family is totally complete and the thought of being pg again just petrifies me)
