anyone have -pernicious-anemia?

anyone have this? i got diagnosed when pregnant and now on 3 monthly injections for life i had my injection 3 days ago and still feel exhausted,, shakey and generally unwell anyone else still feel ill a couple of days after the injection? i do perk up after around a week xxx

also just to add i think iv had this a long time as my aunt has just been diagnosed with it aswell

I don't but my gran does, she was diagnosed years ago but beforehand she spent literally months in hospital, she now has her 3 monthly injections and hasn't had any bother for years

i just feel like im getting worse despite the injections xx
