Sooo since yesterday afternoon I started getting swollen feet and cankles. This morning they were kinda swollen but not as bad. Of course once I was at work they blew right back up again smh. I'm hoping it doesn't get to the point that I have to call my doctor and they decide to put me on bed rest. Urghhh. Anyone else experiencing this??

No thank God.
Keep your feet up and rink a lot. Take a sick day if you feel you must. I hope it's only because of the heat and you'll feel better soon!

Yea when I came home I elevated them. I drink plenty of fluids that's the thing lol. I might jus need to take it easy alil more. Thanx for the reply hun.

Mine are just a little swollen for now. I keep them up when possible.

I also just ordered some compression socks & tights (just light compression) as I had REALLY swollen feet and ankles at the end, especially with my first. I think they will help.

I had mild swelling for a couple of days last week and I elevated them. It was just at the end of the day. It hasn't happened again though which is good. But I'm on holidays this week and therefore not doing too much. Will have to see when I get back to work.

Mine started this week. I've been back to work for 2 and a half weeks and I never have time to put my feet up at work so I guess it is to be expected. This is the furthest I have ever made it working while pregnant. With my first I was laid off and with #2 I dropped to PRN (once every 6 weeks just to keep my job for later) #2 could have been medically necessary but I chose to stop working. Just praying that I DON'T get put on bed rest this time as I can't afford not to work this time!!

My sister had horribly swollen feet and she used those elastic wraps, I know they helped her a lot. I can't imagine being 8/9 months pregnant in the heat of the summer!

Yea that's what I'm afraid of. I was put in bed rest with my first at 8 months and had to stop working. Ima see how the rest if this week plays out before I call the doctor.

OMG. That musta been brutal in the heat. I wasn't that far along this summer and at times it felt too much for me lol.

Hopefully it won't happen again for you lol.

I ordered from here: https://www.rupreggers.com/ (I think there is also a UK site of the same name, not sure where you are located).
There are lots of different places selling compression socks/hose but preggers had some great sales.

Thanx hun. I'm located in the US. I'm going to check out that site.
