Anyone having more than one birthing partner?

my oh is comin in with me but havin my mum as bk up incase oh cnt handle it. if i do want my mum in ther wud she be able to come in when im in labour if i ask, or does this need to be arranged?

That would depend on the rules/regulations of the hospital. Call the Labour & Delivery Ward and find out.

I'm having OH and my mom. I just think that we'll both need a bit of support from her during that time...I'm a bit worried as she lives 2 provinces over and I'm not sure when she should fly out...but we're hoping it'll work out. My OH knows that this is my decision...it's me going through the pain and only I know what will make me comfortable. My mom will give us our space when we need it, she's very respectful of that.
I agree with some of the others...only YOU know what YOU need. Not to be rude, but it's not about him, he needs to be there to support you and if you want your mom, he should respect that!
