Anyone heard of the Tony Ferguson diet?

Boots are now selling a diet thing by Tony Ferguson https://www.tonyferguson.co.uk/Home.aspx wonder if anyone had heard of it? I must admit I've paid £10 to sign up and £10 for a cookbook too only tonight though, not read up on it at all yet though.

Yeah I am considering doing this diet after hours reasearching it online I am having secound thoughts, It seems u are on the diet for ages, It is quite pricy as u have to buy all the products, vitamins and fibre on thhe plus side I have seen people loose amazzng amounts of weight!

Yes, they are doing it in boots atm. My friend works there and was on a stand promoting it last week so we popped up to try it. They do Jellies and shakes, or thats what was on the table, I tried the shake my mate tried the jelly, we were not improssed tbh...cambridge diet stuff tastes MUCH better imho.
