anyone help explain this?

I'll start by saying the chances of pregnancy is little to none existant but im so confused..had a weird bleed/discharge of a pink brown color about 2 weeks ago (thought it was the begining of af but then nothing) i feel like af is coming with back ache and occasional cramp. I have pcos but have recently lost 2 stone and this doesnt seem to have helped and my cycles are still as long as ever. I know this isnt techincally ttc but thought it was the best place to ask. Thanks for the reply, i know i probs should just to rule it out but ive been burnt doing that before and still find a bfn really upsetting x
