Anyone help with a birth pool Q?

I need to buy a new liner for my 'birth pool in a box mini' and stupidly didn't bid on the one I saw on ebay recently

Does anyone know the cheapest place I can get one from???

Trying to minimise our outgoings as much as poss as we've got a MASSIVE bill coming up!

could you not give it a good clean and milton instead of buying a liner?

Yes that's one option! Only downside is after who ever gets to empty and clean it out may have a slightly more time consuming job without the liner. It just cuts down massively on time when you can just leave the pump emptying the pool then lift the liner and it's contents straight out and bin them rather than have to scoop vernix etc out and then need to milton it down etc. If you have someone happy to do that so you and your partner don't have to miss out on precious time bonding with your baby, then no liner is another option

Mmm find someone who'll give you theirs when they're done? As long as you'd be getting it in plenty of time x

The liners are usually thrown away when finished with, not re-used....?

They dont have to be thrown away theres no reason you cant clean a used one and reuse. My midwife suggested this as a money saver.

Thank you guys Might look into just giving it a good clean (used a liner with it last time)... reason being, I think (!) it'll be the last time it's used as a birth pool and on ebay, you can buy a whole new pool with all the bits for not that much more than just the liner when you include the P&P too!
