Anyone here with children and suffer from any type of chronic illness?

I don't know where to post this... I have two boys (8, 4) and they're quite a handful. I also suffer from an autoimmune disease, which makes day to day tasks just a tad more challenging for me. And being overweight (due to said illness) doesn't really help. I get frustrated most days as I feel like I'm not being enough of a good mother and wife.

I always wanted a big family as I love children, and we were thinking of ttc for #3 this October... But even though I really, REALLY want another child, I'm having mixed feelings and doubts... doubting myself if I'm really making the right decision in having another 1. Like if I decided to have another little one I'm making it all worse...
