Hi all,
Does anyone know much about thyroid levels during pregnancy ?
There’s little information online regarding thyroid levels.
Before this pregnant i was hypothyroid so underactive , but well controlled and stable.
Now at 32 weeks I’m overactive so now hyperthyroid. At 20 weeks my tsh was 5.5 and by 24 weeks was 0.5 which has then dropped again,
At my most recent thyroid function test my levels were
Tsh- 0.14
T3 - 5.0
T4 - 12.5
This was around 4 weeks ago and I have had my bloods taken this morning for an updated result but I have been feeling much worse than usual, as though my tsh levels aren’t increasing even with a lower dose of medication.
Does anyone know much about this ? What does this indicate and why is it dropping so low?
