i use 6oz of marg, caster sugar and self raising flour and 3 eggs to make roughly 12 muffins take out a spoonful of flour and add coco powder for chocolate and just add the fruit to how much you want in there

Just read this thread and felt inspired - muffins are in the oven now! I used strawberry19's recipe (thank you) and added some blueberries, a nectarine, an apple a few milk chocolate drops and a drop of vanilla essence - yum.

Oven has pinged and they are yummy, if there's any left by the time hubby finishes work i know he'll like them too!

Jam filled muffins are my favourite just make muffin mix as normal and put a spoon full in your cases then a spoon of jam then another spoon of muffin mix on top and cook.
