Oh dear for some reason my mail won't update and I can't ring but I can text

I've tried turning it off and back on.

Do you have signal on it? Maybe it's the area, sometimes there are only problems in some areas. I'm in Surrey.

I'm in Surrey too but I also had horrendous problems with my signal yesterday

Sometimes phones can 'fall' off the network and just need rebooting.

Plus, if any mast needs work it can affect the signal.

Sometimes, when I phone out, the phone is silent, i have to hang up and ring again

I get a no network or emergancy calls only at least once a day and can often last a couple of hours.
Soon as my contract runs out im never going with 3 again

I get that all the time. And my phone freezes and I can't end calls, but I wasn't sure if it was the 3 network or my iPhone?
