Anyone putting their decs up today?

i wont be able to do it next weekend and the weekend after seems too late for me lol so was thinking of putting them up today anyone else?

we were going to wait until tomorrow but Alex is out with my mam for the day and im here all alone...so i may do it now
Its already ou of the loft in the cupboard, so theres no reason not to

ours are all out the loft in boxes in the living room lol not up but there in the right room lol

i did mine today got my tree up light net at the window and decorated the mantal piece with stockings etc

well last yr houlden was sayin "no put it up on 23rd then its only 2days till crimbo" gary says no put it up on 20th will do ! ? WOT ! think we ended up puttin it up on 17dec my birthday
BUT this yr were doing it when i want to do it....which will be asap, after to get tree first tho ! i love puttin decs up etc, feels grt dont it !

i didnt get mine up today, used my free time to get a proper shop in and ended up going against my usual oh i'll get a turkey on xmas eve or so, and bought one, well, its a 3 bird joint thing from aldi, i spyed it and it sounded soo nice so i had to get it, and it was only 9.99!
duck then a layer of pork, sage and onion stuffing then your layer of turkey then all rolled up in chicken with another layer of stuffing, so i guess the day wasnt a total waste...

Tomorrow tree has to go up, no time next weekend and then we'd be getting it up real late, so hopefully pictures tomorrow

Ours has gone up today.

I normally wait until the first weekend in December, but DH and DD wanted to do it today, so who am I to argue with them??
