Anyone really stressed about MMR @ 12months?

Im seriously struggling with the decision, too much conflict and a lot of evidence of issues which are wiped under the carpet, do we risk it at the off chance of something going wrong either instantly, after a few days or 10 years from the time we vacinate with MMR????? any advice would be greatly appreciated e
