Arghhh... i have really little legs (i'm not exactly a giant) so i have to have my seat as far forward as possible to reach the peddles :haha: and bumps now too big to fit behind steering wheel having the seat forward, and if i put the seat back i cant reach the peddles!! Don't know what to do!!

I have that problem too lol. I have to put the seat back as far as I can while still being able to reach the pedals then I have to tilt the steering wheel up as far as I can

lucky im still fine to drive but if is that bad only drive when you have to! dont put yourself at risk xxx

YES! I had the same problem towards the end of my pregnancy. My legs are too short but I had to scoot the seat back so my bump could fit in haha, it was awful! :flower:

I'm okay to drive but it's hard for me to get in and out of the car, haha. I would let OH drive more but sometimes his driving scares me :haha:

hehe i'm havin the same problem... luckily my seat goes up nd down... so i put it down nd should be good for another few weeks. xx

Mines getting a bit snug, few more weeks and I'll have to get the bus to work. Dreading putting the oh onto my insurance though! Never seen him drive before and don't want him hurting my car :(

I have little legs too, my seat has to be really close to the steering wheel. So far, bump isn't big enough. And I wasn't driving when I was pregnant with my little girl. i'm just waiting for that time when I don't fit behind the steering wheel

I remember posting a thread just like this! seems like ages ago now :haha:
I have really short arms & legs so I was the same as you & had to have my seat right up close to the wheel, my OH suggested buying some platform shoes :dohh: x

i have really funny images of a load of heavily pregnant ladies with really short legs driving tiny cars!

i got my boyfriend to drive me back from work yesterday :|
seriously i was scared we were going to crash.
bless him. he passed a year ago and hasnt driven since.
but my god i thought my car was going to die on us.

Yeah laura, thats what it's like with Ben and me.
He passed like nearly 2 years ago now or something, but last year he had a car 'incident' and got points on his licence, now he can't afford to be insured on his car anymore, therefore, hasn't driven in a year.
I occasionally get him to drive mine (like, in car parks, to pick me up from the exit if i've had to park miles away .. lazy me) and it scares the life out of me. I allowed him to drive MY car to the petrol station the other day. ARGHHHH i was sitting there pushing my invisible brake the entire time

yeah he drove about 20 minutes and i wanted to scream cause he wasnt in the right gear! so scared when he gets put on my insurance properly (doing it when we move in cause its cheaper for me to get lifts with work mates) only costing an extra £20 a month so its not so bad!

Ahhh thats good. It's like £4000 for Ben to be insured on my car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

woah!!!!!
aparently its cause scotts 21, lives with me, has no convictions and hasnt been insured before.
though aparently my insurance halfs in july when i turn 21.
so excited!

oh i cant wait til i'm 21. Mines like 1300 a year at the moment, and i havent had any convictions or anything :dohh:
apparently our insurance goes up when we have our babies aswell...
xoxox

oh crap! so i'm guessing mine will end up being the same. though by the time i'm 21 i'll have 1 years no claims aswell :D
mines £1000 a year at the moment £1200 with scott on it.
but when i pop him on it we're paying half of it each a month.
