Anyone suffered a MMC whilst on clomid?

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post....

I was prescribed 3 rounds of clomid for my long cycles and the 2nd round resulted in a BFP which very sadly ended in a MMC. Anyway I would like to start trying again and I was just wondering when to start taking the clomid again?

Your experiences would be appreciated.

Hi i was prescribed clomid for 6 cycles and i did have 2 BFP on round 3 and 5 but unfourtunatly both ended up being chemical pregnancy and both did not even make it to 5 weeks. i went to epu and was told i should take a month break from clomid which i did both times.

Hi Nicola, I'm sorry for your loss.

I did. In June I did 100mg of clomid and got a bfp. I had an mmc. They said to wait at least one cycle to start up again. Your body needs time to adjust so the clomid can work properly again. Good luck and hope that helped

Thanks for your advice - yeah I know the sensible option is to wait for AF and then start taking clomid again BUT I was prescribed clomid because my cycles were so long ranging from 37-52 days and I know it's going to take a while to get AF.....but in the long run the only sensible option is to wait for AF.
