High progesterone at 7dpo? Hmm...now this is where my expertise ends. Not sure if you would benefit from the progesterone cream then. I don't think you can OD on it, so it could be worth a try. My acupuncturist specifically recommended Emerita which you can buy here
You want the product that I linked to. They have other products too. It says it is for menopause, but many women use it from Ov to AF to increase LP. If you do get your BFP, you can use it into the first trimester.
