Anyone trying for #2 around cd 4?

My daughter is 7months old and I just got my cycle back, today is CD 4 & I normally only have 4-5 day cycles. My hubby and I are so excited to start trying for baby #2! Anyone else starting a new cycle & planning to test around Halloween? (Probably a couple days earlier, let's be honest I probably won't be able to wait until the 29th when AF will be due back)

Im currently on cd3 and also ttc #2
Are you going to use anything to help boost your chances? goodluck and sending lots of dust

Not doin anything specific to help, just lots and lots of bd'ing & praying. That seemed to work for us to conceive DD sooooo excited for the possibility of another baby!!! Are you doin anything to help your chances?

Cd12 for me and still low on cbfm!!!!! Wtf is that all about??! I have to say, I am now starting to panic a little although also trying to stay calm as I am fairly sure I do ovulate late, plus its my first cbfm cycle which I know can be screwy. Ugh it does feel this morning like getting preg with #2 is a million miles away though...

Still, at least now I have the cbfm I know a bit more about what's going on with my cycles and can go to the doctors with firmer proof I know I'm not ovulating... (If that turns out to be the case!)

Im CD8 and am trying to stay as positive as possible.I would really love to be pregnant by christmas,but like fleur said sometimes it seems a million miles away.
Im trying to BD more than we have been,as lately one of us is always ill or tired,so a little bit of effort in that department should keep that covered should my cycle still be wacky from BCP.
I really hope something shows in your monitor soon fleur!

Fleur what is your average cycle? For example mine was 26 day cycle and I would O between CD 8-10.

Generally it's 27 days but even with a cycle that short I am pretty sure I ovulate cd16/17. Last month was a 30 day cycle and o was cd18. That is of course if I am spotting ovulation correctly! So I know there is still time to get a high/peak I just thought I would've seen something by now??!

Oh well, next few days will give me a better idea I guess!

awh thats cool yes I am charting my bbt, using opks pre-seed and softcups also taking evening primrose oil and folic acid so hoping this will be the cycle

how is everyone? Im spotting now, so hoping to be fully off by either tonight or tomorrow(most likely tomorrow) my temps are coming along, its actually really easy haha its just the waking upto the alarm part thats hard cause Im not used to them

Aw keeping my fingers crossed for everyone and hang in there Fleur- I had a friend with 27 day cycles that ovulated cd17. Don't get disheartened as this ttc business can be disheartening at times. My best friend has just told told me she's pregnant with her second. Her ds is 9 months old and I'm beyond thrilled for her. Just set a lil pang off in me thinking wish it was me too. I don't feel pregnant and have no symptoms still at all. This 2ww feels soo long this cycle.
So exciting Castaway! Can't believe you're half way through the first trimester already- that's gone so quickly!

Aw twinks, I know how you feel. Lots of my friends have had or are having #2 - I feel a bit left behind tbh! It will be you soon and then hopefully you will be preg together - I have a good feeling for you this month! Not much longer to wait xx

Guys I got a high this morning! Cd13! I know it's just a high and doesn't mean I will definitely ovulate but am just so happy to see it move from low, I can't tell you! Fingers crossed it moves up to a peak soon...!!

That's so exciting re your house move - bet you can't wait. We moved when dd was 6 months old, so great to have extra space but we have filled it with all our junk already!

We moved from a flat to a house when i was 6 weeks pregnant,so stressful and exhausting.We have a 3 bedroom now so we dont have to do anything other than wait for baby number 2 to arrive! well i might have to clear out all the junk that has accumilated in the spare room,its on my to do list lol

Thanks dogtanian!! How are you today? That's the same as us -3rd bedroom is full of our junk! And I've just been to an Nct sale and got a load more stuff!! I do love Nct sales though -£3 for a baby gap skirt and top set that looks like it's hardly been worn!!! My dd is better dressed than me...

Today is the day Before i am suppose to miss my period and last month I started to bleed so I am kinda nervous .
All of my symptoms are gone . Except my boobs still hurt here and there and I am hungry constantly ( don't know if it's a symptom )
I don't have any cramping or back pain like last month so hopefully that's a good sign . I feel like I am suppose to get some crazy MS or something by now but nothing .

Fingers crossed for you today. Try not to worry too much re symptoms - I hardly had any when pregnant with my dd and didn't really believe I was preg til we had our scan! I'm sure all is perfect. Xx

Aw I know this moving house business is time consuming! We don't move u til next Friday but I've started packing today and I just can't believe how much stuff we have! This is only a 2 bed house too so where's all the stuff appearing from ha ha. Been working on the kitchen this morning. Can't wait though for the extra space and at least then we'll have room for another lil one. I don't think this month will be my month for some reason. I don't have any symptoms and I'm just plodding towards AF this Saturday and I just know the ugly witch will rear her head bang on time lol. I've started taking pregnacare tablets to help with folic acid and will buy some Brazil nuts asy doctor recommended I ate 3 a day when I was trying for my lo. I'm eating so unhealthily too that I don't think my body is in anywhere near as good a condition as it could or should be. My love of chocolate and crisps is an ongoing battle lol. I'm trying today to clean up my diet a bit and drink more water ready for next month if AF appears.

Fleur- the baby sales are fab aren't they! Love them! Want to go to another closer to Xmas and may pick up a sneaky few toys for my ds for Xmas :-D sounds like u it some bargains too
