Hiya!

I did use it and it was a really nice product (easy to use certainly) but in the end I had an emergency c-section as my baby's heart rate dropped from 174bpm to 46bpm when I was induced so I can't say if it helped or not sorry.
I know that's not the most helpful reply but didn't wanna read and run.

I used this stuff.
I ended up with two episiotomies and forceps, so i can't say it helped.
My SIL gave birth about 2 months ago and she used it, she didn't tear or have to be cut so i'm guessing it helped her!
