Anyone who has a toddler

I just want to pass this info on. A friend of my sister's had a two year old son, and they bought him a twin size bed, instead of a toddler bed. Well, I am not sure exactly how it happened, but he fell out, broke his neck, and died. His mother found him with an obvious broken neck. The only reason why I am telling everyone this, is please be careful! Like I said, I don't know ALL the details, but just take precautions (bedrails and such). I just wanted to post this where ALL can read. Pass it on to anyone you know who you think should know this. I can't imagine this woman's grief!
