anyone with short cycles/early O tried the Smep?

So the witch got me today and we have now officially been trying for a year and im thinking of trying smep!

But. I have 20-23 day cycles (with O on CD6) so to essentially fill the smep and havr the best chance. I would need to be BDing during AF.

So! Anyone with short cycles tried it? Would love some input!

I too ovulate cd6 with very short cycles, we've not tried the smep yet so il be watching this thread for any useful info
