Xenforo Cloud upgraded our forum to XenForo version 2.3.4. This update has created styling issues to our current templates. Hey hun if your hungry the best thing is to grab a bit of fruit or a low fat yougrt. Try eating the wholegrain or "brown" versions as they fill you up for longer. Iv tryed over the counter things and they are all crap.

yeh i know... sw is all about food optimising etc but when Im calorie counting I dont opt for fruit as some of it is really high in kcal... !! A banana is like 100 kcal...!!
