Baby's head is engaged!!! Makes me happy 60% thinned out and now 2-2.5 cm dilated!!!

She could easily touch his head and the water bag

Is there anything in particular you did to encourage all of that or did all just happen because it was going to happen?

That's neat that she was able to touch his head!

I been bouncing on my ball since 37 weeks been trying to have lots of sex w my husband last two days I been going for long walks

And now I am drinking raspberry leaf tea it says that's supposed to bring on contractions n what not so I hope it works for me
