Aptamil comfort and colief drops

My little girl is 5weeks old and has really bad colic. We have been on colief drops for about 3weeks and have noticed a difference but its still bad. So we have decided to change to Aptamil comfort instead of normal Aptamil. But I wanted to know if I should still use the drops as well? I put 4drops in her bottle with the normal milk. Also I'm using tommee tippee bottles but we have ordered the mam anti colic bottles which I'm hoping will help as well.

Anyone else used this milk and the drop and maybe the bottles too?
