    Hi girls.

Anyone in North Wales/North West who knows of some aquanatal/ aqua yoga classes ( I think they are called this!) AnNy info would be great..?

    What do they involve?
Are they on NHS like antenatal classes or fee on entry?
Do you need to be able to swim or just get in the water?
    Benefits?

Someone mentioned them and I like the idea of swimming, weight off your body when your bigger etc, and lot's of girls in same position there.
    Thanks x
