Are faint BFPs real?

I just got what I believe to be the faintest of faint BFPs. Now, I'm second guessing myself and feeling like I imagined it there. There should be nothing in that white area next to the control line, no matter how you tilt it, right? At first I thought it was another BFN but after a minute or so, I started to see a very, very faint line. It didn't show up on a picture on my phone and DH was asleep so didn't want to wake him. It never got darker than a very faint line. For those of you who have had a test like this before, did it turn out to be a BFP?

I've never had a BFP, but I think (in general at least) it doesn't matter how faint it is, it still counts.
