Would you count either of these as positive ? Top one is from 30mins ago and bottom was this morning

I'm getting so bored waiting ! I have a regular 28 day cycle - last cycle was 27 days so I'm quite surprised to still be waiting to ovulate at cd 16 ! I know I used to have a 12 day Lp but I would need to ovulate today to make that work with a 28 day cycle .

Feel like we are going to be bding forever !
