are these symptoms??

Hello all- here are my symptoms : heartburn!(so bad never had it before)-tender sore breasts & the other day they were burning so badly! Felt like they were on fire- mild cramping below belly button almost like AF cramps but not as bad- I got a small cold a few days ago sore throat stuffy nose but it went right away and my nose is still running constantly - sneezing a million times a day- and the day before yesterday I started light bleeding but much lighter than AF and it was mainly when I wipe and today it seems to be going away just pink or brownish drops.

AF usually comes around this week for me so I would write this off as that but I usually cramp and get AF but there's no cramping and it usually lasts 4-5 days but its going away after 2???
