Are water tables worth the money?

We have one and LO loves it. If its just water they love. Just get a bowl of water and give them a paintbrush. All the kids I know spend ages just painting the patio with water. They love it and its not messy for us

There is a fab one on offer in elc at the moment from £25 to £7.50 it's got a lid and water wheel thingy and tools to play in the sand with x

Wow baby bath is such a good idea! Must drag it down from the attic.

We have a cheap sand table that my mum bought for sand and water, and its ok. But on the really hot days, I've been emptying the 2 big ikea toy boxes we have and filling them 1/3 full. They LOVE it! And its a little less scary imo too as its so narrow they can't slip as easy as they would in a pool or anything.
