This clinic may have good results, but I think it is becoming a victim of its own success. I am a doctor and have referred a couple to this clinic for treatment. However, despite the clinic acknowledging having received my referral, the patients have heard nothing and not been contacted at all. I must have rung this clinic 5 times on behalf of my patients. Everytime, the clerk at the other end gives a different message, and now they tell me the secretary that is dealing with the referrals (and it appears there is only one) is on holiday for more than a week, and no one else can deal with new referrals until she gets back. I think I will find another clinic, as this one is getting to a stage when it will become too proud to admit its failings, and thats when disasters happen.
