I would prn Arielle as AH-RI-ELLE.

I think Ariel is a lovely name but I do think its a nicer middle name. What about Georgia Ariel?

I like Arielle as that is the female spelling, like Gabrielle instead of Gabriel or Danielle instead of Daniel. People mainly use the male version Ariel (like the Israli president Ariel Sharron) because of the disney film.
I think Arielle Rose would be very pretty and people might be less inclined Little Mermaid if you use the female spelling.

I like the name Ariel! It's not something you hear everyday and it's not an uncommon name. If you and the father like it don't worry about what everyone else says. Emelina (my daughter) no one liked the name at first now they love it and think it's beautiful and it suits her!

we just found out we are having a girl, and we are naming her Arielle Ann Madaline. We are pronouncing it Are-ee-el instead of Air-ee-el. and we're going to call her Ari. (Are-ee) (like "Are" we there yet)

The Little Mermaid is my number one movie of all time, first song I learned to sing was Part of Your World...

I dont know if I like Ariel. And I love the little mermaid.
You can hardly pick on something referenced to the little mermaid though. She was a beautiful, alluring mermaid with pretty hair.

It's a beautiful name Love it, much better than Georgia IMO. And it goes beautifully with Rose. We were considering using the name Arielle if we were having a girl, it's a rare occasion when my OH likes a name, too

Our daughter is called Oriel, but quite often kids pronounce it 'ariel' cause they are thinking of the little mermaid!
