Arm numb and heavy

I'm 26+5 and my left arm has been going numb, not tingling like it has fallen asleep it just feels heavy and maybe warm. Its been all day on and off, i haven't been leaning or laying on it. I'm mostly worried about preeclampsia --I'm not really clear on what to look out for but I am plus size.
Has anyone else had this experience? Should I ask in the third tri thread?

I'd check with your dr to be sure, but my last pregnancy I had carpal tunnel in both arms and it felt very much like what you are describing...that numb feeling you get when your arm falls asleep almost but no tingling wake up. Mine ached quit a bit also with the numbness. Unfortunately for me I had to just wait it out til after baby arrived, even then it took some time to go away. But I'd definitely check with your dr if you are getting uncomfortable or have other reasons for concern.

definitely get it checked out. Blood clots can present like that as well.

Worth a mention to your OB/Mw. I've just been tested for pre-e and my doctor hasn't mentioned to be on the lookout for arm heaviness (headaches, vision changes and swelling he's told me to watch out for).
