Arms falling asleep at night?!

Hello! I'm 18 weeks today and am already having a horrible time sleeping. My arms keep falling asleep at night and waking me up. I try to make sure I'm not laying on them, have them flat, or have them raised and nothing seems to help.

Is this happening to anyone else??

I have been having it happen a lot the last 2 weeks , I sleep on my left side the most . usually my body wakes me up when they have been asleep for too long but it still is painful when they start to wake up

Elsa, I sleep on my side. I’ve tried left and right- happens on both sides.

Ruskie, yes it’s painful! It constantly wakes me up too. I’ll wake up, get them feeling better, fall back asleep then it feels like I’m right back awake a few mins later.

This happens to me all the time. My arms and legs fall asleep when I'm asleep. It drives me nuts!

Happened with my last pregnancy, and now that I'm sleeping on my sides more, it's happening again with this one.

Happened to me with both my pregnancies, still happens sometimes even when I'm not pregnant. Doesn't matter what position I sleep in.
