arnica before and after....

i have got some 30c arnica pellets......

how and when should i start taking these, are they safe to take from 34 or so weeks etc etc??

I took mine after baby was born. I'm not sure what the benefit would be in taking them before as I had them to reduce swelling and bruising which I didn't have until bubs arrived.

Start taking them when you go into labour.

We did and are doing Arnica again post labor. Also rescue remedy is great.

i am taking arnica this time. something i really regret not doing with jake as i was bruised for so long.

I started taking them 2 weeks before I was due and continued until LO was 2 weeks old.

HunBun, when was your LO born, on his due date or etc.......

i just worry if i start at 37 weeks then i could be taking them for weeks before i even go into labour........

He was a week overdue.
So I took them for five weeks in the end.

I think it was 2 at a time 3 times a day.
Baby brain and I can't really remember! Lol.
It did tell me on the packet though.
