Arrghhh!!

I was applying for payday loans at the weekend, only did about 3 different ones but nobody could give me them because I'm unemployed. This was on Sunday. On Monday an odd number kept ringing my house phone, then my mobile. 17 times. I never answer odd numbers. I thought whoever it was would get the hint. Nope. They rang constantly on Tuesday, home and mobile to the point where I ended up disconnecting my house phone. I googled the number and found it was a loans company. So the next time they rang I answered. Nobody was there. So put the phone down and they rang my mobile. Again no answer. I have picked up a few times now and nobody has been at the other end. They are still ringing me between 10-15 times a day and it's driving me insane! Is there anything I can do since even when I answer there's nobody there? I can't even block the number from either phone

how come u cant block the number?

u could always try calling them and telling them whats been happeneing n for them to take ur number off their records and if they do not tell them ule call the police as they are harrashing u it tends to work lol

I tried blocking it on my phone and it says it's worked but they can still ring me so I dunno I rang them yesterday but it just had that weird dialling tone...

This happened when I applied for a credit card, they told me after applying via email they weren't giving me one, a week later I got a letter asking for proof of id which I just ignored, then they rang at least 10 times everyday from 9am and 3pm at the exact same time everyday for 3 weeks, finally they stopped and a few days later a credit card arrived
