Assisted conception (IUI) after iui mmc

Hi Ladies -

I've had a recent MMC and although I won't be going back to the ferility clinic for a good few months I just wondered if anyone is back on the fertility wagon after having a loss?

I'm undecided whether to go back in October or not - I say October as I have a few holidays and want to enjoy these with my OH...Part of me wants to go down the adoption route.

I am hoping for an Au Natural baby but I think we will need a helping hand.
