how long & at what temperature do you cook a 10lb turkey?

19 year old trying to make her first turkey here.. I'm a good cook, but I haven't made a turkey yet.

so any tips would be much appreciated! thank you

& today is Christmas in the states.. so, Merry Christmas

sorry if it's too late but our turkey was 10lb and it took 3hr.

I think it's 1.5hrs then and hour for every 3kg (so extra 1.5 hrs) at 190C

it's in the oven right now

I have it on 400 (when in reality it's really only about 375); I'm about to check on it.. it'll have been in for 2 hours, covered.. guess we'll see how it looks!
