What precious babies we have! My Samuel was due on August 15...the day before my DH birthday! Unfortunately I came down with preeclampsia and was induced on August 3rd and had Sam on August 5th. His heart rate was going up and down at the wrong times and he was also situated in me weird. dilated to 4 and never got beyond that . My water broke and everything but ended up in a c-section! Not the labour that I wanted because I was aiming for an all natural with no pain meds and I still wish I could have gone that route and grieve for it but I am so happy to have my baby Samuel here safe and sound with me.

Hi!!

Master Elliot was born August 22nd at 38 weeks according to my doctor! (had tons of dif due dates given to me!)

Love my little guy!

Our boys share a birthday! Leo was 37 weeks when I had to have an emergency c section because of reduced fetal movements. 10 weeks tomorrow, has it flown by for you aswell? x x x

Hi everyone!!

I'm an August mummy too, just!! My baby was due due on August 5th but was born at 00.11 August 1st!! Lyla weighed 7lb 6oz. I was really shocked that she was a girl (team yellow!!) as I was convinced she was going to be anothe boy!! She was in a real hurry to get here though as I got to the hospital just 15mi s before I had her, & on the phone to maternity I was told not to go in yet!!!!
So glad I listened to my own instincts!!

Hope you are all enjoying your lovely little ones, they really do grow up too quick!!!

Lots of boys for August!

George was born on 2nd August, by emergency c-section due to pre-eclampsia and a ruptured placenta he was due 26th August. Poor little mite was in NICU for a week due to breathing difficulties but is hundreds now and has been since the day we took him home.

Elvie was due on the 22nd but she came on the 25th of august after a 33 hour labour! She was 7lb 10 oz of pure perfectness x

She is my 4th and we're all adjusting...The bigger kids are all doing pretty well, but sometimes the mommy guilt gets to me... Just not enough time in the day to be with each individually as much as I'd like.

I only have the one but have mummy guilt over everything!! I'm sure you're doing just fine and all your children know that their mummy loves them very much xxx

I have 4 too and I've felt the same at times. My ex left me when I was 6 weeks pg with Louie so I have them all on my own and it's such a struggle to feel like you are dividing you attention equally . I tend to sit down once and week and think about who I've spent a lot of time with and who could do with a little more. Then change it around the next week. Otherwise there just aren't enough hours in the day!

May I join? Yari Adelle was born August 18th, 8 days late. She was 7 lbs 9 oz & 22 inches long! She's almost 10 weeks & I can't believe how quickly it's gone by. Our first 5-6 weeks were tough but she is a DREAM now. Love her to pieces. Here she is today, in her kitty Halloween costume

starshine lots of coincidences, My LO was also due on 5th August and was team yellow but we were convinced she was a boy also! she actually came on her due date at 14.00 weighing 6lbs 8ozs 19 hours of drug free labour and a home birth!
she was meant to be called Leo for a boy or Lyla for a girl but we kept calling her Leo by mistake so we chose Cleo!!

What size are your LOs in? I think I waited too long to change him to 3-6 month. The onesie I put on him today fits perfect. I thought things would be huge on him so I was trying to hold off and stay in 0-3 month. The sleeper is a big baggy but I think they are supposed to be?

Olivia Rose was born 2 days early on 12th august after a 3 day labour (but only 3 hours of it spent in the hospital coz like StarShine, I was told not to come in. By the time I got to hospital I was fully dilated!)
When she finally arrived, Olivia was 7lb 9oz and with loads of hair!
