I love the name Logan...........but do you think its too close to bogan......do you think he will get that as a nickname or be teased too much...its the only thing that puts me off the name.

I think as long as you aren't bogan (which I'm assuming you're not!) then it's fine. However I live is Brisbane and think of the shitty Logan area too.

My cousin named his son Logan, and I actually never thought of it! But I'm also not a 10 year old or a teenager lol. He probably would get teased at some point I suppose! Still like the name though.

Haha a bogan is... A bit like a redneck (if you're from theUS) or a chav (if you're from the uk). Someone who lacks class haha.

Just to add, I think kids will always find something to pick on, regardless of the name. When choosing our kids names we always consider what they will be called for short or can it be something they'll be teased for. Some names are just ridiculous and Id never use them. But something like Logan I think is lovely and I csnt see it being a name he'd be teased about.

PP is right, they'll always find something. My name is Briana (so nothing too horrid) but I always got called Goanna or spanner (I still fail to see the insult but the other kids thought it was hilarious lol).
