since finally getting back on late last night I've tried to upload a new avatar. I've tried several different photos, including ones I've used before, I get a message saying it cant automatically resize my photo ( I assume it has before then!) and I needto do it manually, but I haven't got a clue how

so, 2 questions, has it always resized them before? and how do I do it manually?

i tend to use photobucket to alter them. just upload to PB and resize (think it's smal i go for) then i just right click and save, then upload to here.
