1. where do you get those cute little icons that many use for avatars?

2. how do i upload one once i find one i like?

just google what you are looking for......like TTC avatar or whatever.
I just save it to my computer and upload it (you have to go to User CP on top left)

if the pic is too big I edit it in Paint to the size I want.
