im trying to upload a photo for my avatar and it says always uploaded file failed.i made sure it was less than the limits and even trieddifefrnt pictures. i have no promlem with uploading to facebook? what am i doing wrong and how can i fix??

Is the avatar a GIF? If so animated pictures are disabled for the avatar option.
