My kid LOVES avocado!!!!

I LOVE avocado...not to eat, but because it is so easy to make for him and it is full of so many healthy benefits.

Can I give it to him everyday??

Hannah used to get it all the time, not so much now as she eats quite a variety of foods Her favorite is avocado with cottage cheese

Elliot eats it too I love it! I've just discovered that you can peel them too instead of scooping

E is a big Avocado fan too. He will eat it for days in a row (to use it all up before it goes bad) and never complain.

Then again, he doesn't compain about any food, just about how long it takes to go from the bowl to his mouth
