I previously took B6 for a full cycle due to a really short 6 day LP, and got pg that cycle. Now trying for our second, I tried it and it pushed my ovulation back 10 days later than the already late CD21, so I stopped. Started on vitex the next cycle and it gave me a nice 12 day LP with earlier O, but now with spotting several days of LP.
Has anyone had a good experience taking B complex only during LP for spotting? Most people I see took for the full cycle but I don't want to push my O date back again. Will continue with vitex but hoping to work on the spotting issue.
