babies heartbeat?? advice please

hi everyone,
i was just wondering i went to see the midwife today, and they said my babies heartbeat is 160, i was so excited to listen to the heartbeat i forgot to mention if 160 is good?, any advice please

My doc told me that anything between 130 and 170 is normal. So yeah, you and lo are good.

160 is awesome If there was a problem with it, then I'm sure your mw would have said something! I cried the 1st time I heard my baby's heartbeat lol

It changes throughout the pregnancy and also goes up an down with yours. It will slow down as time passes! Mine is around 120 - 130 now and at yur stage it was 164!!!

Anything over 100 there is nothing to worry about. But yeah, 160 is perfectt..when i had a ctg on mine was goin from 130 to 170 x

Yup that is a good beat. Mine was around 152 around your stages its around 146 now so don't be surprised if it goes down as emsi said

Our MW never tell's us the speed of bab's heart beat.....I shall make sure I ask next time as I'm intrigued
