What should a baby that eats 3 healthy meals a day look like?

Lo has poo that lools like an adult, itused to clart all over him but now its just one ball of poo, its not as hard as mine (sorry tmi) but im not sure if its a little hard for being baby poo?

Only way I can describe it is like playdo. How can I help change this if its a bit hard?

Does it stay in the same shape in his nappy when he sits on it? If so, I'd up his fluids, include plenty of fruit and veg in meals, keep an eye on fibre (too much can cause problems too) as it sounds like constipation to me. If it gets 'nicely' squished under his weight, I'd not worry but still encourage drinking and healthy foods.

Today it was flat like a pancake but one piece, he has alot of milk but I will try harder for him to take more water at meal times. He has alot of porridge, weetabic and bananas so I think this be the cause?

Rios is often like that too. But if he's had a lot of water during the day it's 'normal'. I wouldn't call it constipated as he doesn't struggle to poop, it's just sometimes more formed depending what he's eaten x

Lily has playdoh poop once in a while. When she does I just give her a small container of prune puree once or twice and things soften up for her. She does grunt and strain when she is doing a playdoh poop though. Usually it kind of looks like a triangle stuck in her buttcrack area (tmi). OH and I usually describe it to each other as "1/2 a can of playdough", or for a BIG one, "a whole can".

My son has a bm like this every day. He eats well and drinks water and milk well and we rarely have issues with constipation. I would consider it normal.

He has started pooping 3-4 times a day recently!! Sometimes like playdoh and sometimes more explosive. I think this may just be the norm for him now hes eating 3 meals, hope hes starts going slightly less as I never no when hes pooed now he doesnt cry and sometimes they dont smell, im constantly checking him.

As long as it is actually squishable, rather than staying in an 'adult poo' shape when it's been sat on, it's fine.
