baby or bh? painful!!

I have had bh that can be painful since 20 weeks but now its so bad! I can't tell if its bh of baby moving!?! Stomach is tight (REALLY tight) and baby is moving. Most of the when she moves its uncomfortable but not necessarily painful. Now its very painful and tight. It pretty much stays tight but this is so different. I was crying walking through the store a few minutes ago! Thankfully DH is driving cause I could never drive like this. It has eased off a little in the car, but still there. Also having pain in cervix at the same time.
painful bh are common for me but this is different. Is it bh or baby? Or bh and baby moving at same time?
I have a doctor appointment Tuesday. I'll need. Sure to mention this!

Sounds a bit extreme hun, call for advice. If you're crying in pain then you should definitely get a professional opinion xxx
