Thought it'd be cute to be able to take the baby's handprint - just wondering what would be a good paint or stamp to use?

I got some non toxic gold and silver stamp pads from the range and used baby wipes to wipe off the mess. It was a bit sticky byt the effect was good!
Also poster paints are good, just bright!

Early learning centre. Its £1 a bottle. Mothercare sell early learning centre paint too. Its suitable for newborn skin.

Thanks everyone :D

I've just bought the blue one of these! https://www.mothercare.com/ELC-Paint-Pad---Red/129681,default,pd.html#q=elc paint

Baby has been born now and the paint I ordered was fab... But just to warn you

It's should be a FOOTPRINT!

Do not attempt to get a handprint from a 5 day old baby - they will not cooperate! (And his fingernails are still stained blue :dohh: )

The footprint worked amazingly well though.

There are inkless kits out there: https://www.amazon.com/Inkless-Footprint-Color-Papers-White/dp/B005HVRAAA

I found a really cute picture frame that includes one. There a window for a photo and one for the hand/foot print, and it says Baby's First Christmas. And actually it was on clearance, so I got two, and that'll be both sets of grandparents' gift this year.
