baby sign - first sign

For those who did baby sign, when did your baby start to sign? Leo is 7.5 months and he has started signing "more" at meal times. We haven't even been all that consistent about it. His order sister ONLY picked up on that one but didn't pick it up until after she could already say it. We were much more consistent with her. I had my doubts this time around, but now want to get more consistent with it. How was it for you?

My little guy is a signing machine! Lol. He started signing more and all done at 6.5 months. Around 8 months he picked up milk. Now at 14 months he does more, all done, milk, sleep, bed, socks, water, drink, and eat. We have introduced thank you a couple days ago, and he is very close to mastering it. As far as what he can say verbally he says eat, hi, bye, ball, bubble, mamma, dada, and says "ock" for sock lol.

I think Leo signed "milk" today, but I'm not sure. The other main sign I've introduced is "potty" as we do "elimination communication." To a lesser degree, I've introduced "all-done."
