Baby wearing on back!!!

How do you guys do it?!!! I can just about get tom into my ergo on my back but i'd love to put him in a full wrap now it's coming to winter but I just feel like i'm going to drop him and then i get all coffuddled with which end and rail to pull!!!!

Any tips?
